We here at the MT waste a large amount of time trying to get messages to people who use either yahoo.com email services directly or to people who use those services indirectly such as btinternet.com.
The anti-spam policies are the most brain-dead you can find and large amounts of mail to accounts using this company are rejected without the user ever knowing. Yahoo are not the only provider doing this but one of the worst.
If you use this provider and have trouble with receiving email from any SOTA service (requests for assistance or password reset etc.) then the problem is with your choice of email provider and not from us not replying or automated services not working. There is nothing we can do to solve this apart from suggest that users vote with their wallets and use an email provider that, you know, actually works.
