Look inside the front cover of the June 2007 RadCom (which arrived today). It lists a Matlock branch of a reputable dealer. I dealt with them way back in the 1970s when I was working in Birmingham, but I cannot give you an up-to-date reference.
Can highly recommend the dealer at Matlock. Lowe (Waters and Stanton) dealt with a problem on one of my radios, fixed it within a couple of hours at a reasonable charge.
I have often sent things to WS for repair and always had a estimate off them mind you that was about two years ago they may have change but I would still it they do a good job, I did send the traps off a 3ELE AS3 for testing and they came back two days later no charge.
