I was on HB9/SZ-025 and this was my first SOTA activation on 24.9 MHz with a FT-817 and a telecope rod of ca 2.9 meters (MFJ). DX was with N4EX.
On top of the hill was a cloud of nasty flyes and I could not stay any longer and so got only 9 QSO’s in my log - sri!
