Confirmed, paid and alerted for GW/MW-018.
Would be great if anyone could activate MW-020 as still have to chase this one in MW. 
This will be my third edition and all have been excellent. Although it has ‘Hog Roast’ in the title, I have never seen any skewered pig/piglet/hog being roasted above an open wood fire during any of the previous GW SOTA Day editions I attended.
Food however is great and the company even better.

Weekend is in the diary, campsite booked and have just 'Paypal’ed £20 for me and my sister for the hog roast.
No summit selected yet, as I’ll see how I’m feeling on the weekend before I try anything overly adventurous!

The 2025 GW SOTA S2S and Hog Roast date follows:
Saturday 14th June 2025
The same agenda will take place on this day as it did at last years event - we will aim to be out on the hills for 09:30 BST to start the S2S action between 10:00 BST and 13:00 BST.
We will then all head for a location in Mid-Wales, near Welshpool, I will put up nearer the time (same place as last year) for 15:00 BST for a get together and hog roast with pudding.
Please save this date in your diaries and hope for good weather 
I’m already looking forward to meeting everyone and hopefully some new faces at this event

I will be paying for the hog roast the end of April, so I will need all definites by then please. There will be a toilet on site!
Again, it will cost £10 a head, this will include your food on arrival, and we will hold a raffle at the event to raise money for the running costs of SOTA e.g. website servers etc etc.

Hi Ben,
My dad Tom @M1EYP no longer has a gig at present for Saturday 14th June so there is a very slight chance that we maybe able to make it to the Hog Roast after all.
However, we will not be able to confirm for definite or send any monies across to you until the week preceding the Hog Roast as my dad would like to keep Saturday 14th June clear for the time-being just in case he does get booked to do a gig in this date.

Morning everyone,
Just under two weeks, and we will be hosting the fourth GW SOTA S2S and hog roast get together in Mid-Wales. To date, we have 55 people paid and confirmed they are attending, this is great news. That doesn’t mean we wouldn’t love for more to just turn up on the day, or even message me over the next week letting me know you’d like to come along and join in the fun - EVERYONE IS STILL WELCOME!!

Hi Ben,
Apologies, but although me and my dad Tom @M1EYP were planning to attend the GW SOTA Hog Roast, we are now no longer able to attend. The reason being is that my dad got offered a gig on the same day as this Hog Roast which was too good to turn down.
