Just a note that a few of us will be combining our SOTA and hikes with an annual fundraiser for suicide prevention, 46Climbs.com. We did it last year and had a lot of fun, achieving over 16000’ elevation gain throughout the week. I will be operating as W7O for the week, Bill N0DNF and Jeff KX6I will use their own calls. However, Jeff is doing a 100+ hike in EU, Tour du Mont Blanc so not sure how much SOTA he will squeeze in. I don’t have all my summits picked out due to unpredictable wildfire smoke but I hope to get out at least every other day from Sept 2-11th.
