It’s a classic do it once and tick it off never to return summit. The A924 out of Pitlochry is a dismal road even with many BHP and a high ratio steering lock. The only reasons to ever use it are Edradour Distillery access and SOTA summit access. If you ever want to get to Bridge of Cally from Pitlochry then I’m reasonably sure that down the A9, across at Dunkeld and up the A93 would be quicker although further even with the average speed cameras on the A9!

There are a good few on my log (above) that I would rate much higher in that category.
Best avoided from any direction, that one! We had an awful time up there last winter.
