Seems too light at 620g for 18Ah. A 4Ah 3S1P LiPo here weighs 250g. You’d need 4.5 of them for 18Ah which would be 1125g. I think there maybe some iffy maths to get 18Ah out of such a low mass.

Have you found any RF hash from it? Some of these packs are really good and quiet and others are like some kind of military ECM unit the amount of hash they produce.

Good point. These jump start packs are usually rated at the individual cell capacity, so that is almost certainly 18 Ah at 3.7 V.

Other packs are rated at their output voltage and hams usually go with that convention.

Look for a rating in Watt-hours to sort it out.
