I don’t think that French SOTA activators would mind about this fault as most of them use less than 1/10 of the specified power limit. (The lowest power F activator I worked had merely 200 mW into a MP1 type toothpick!) On the other hand the lower the limit is, the less QRM they are exposed to! Isn’t it?
