Very strange. It says “SOTA” and “Summits on the Air”, and that is just about its only link to the SOTA programme!
My recommendation would be to obtain one of the following two SOTA stickers:

http://www.sota-shop.co.uk/proddetail.php?prod=BSticker
Then you would have official products with correct lettering, logos, colours etc - and you would be supporting the continued running of the SOTA awards scheme and its web resources. This unofficial sticker seems somewhat “lacklustre” by comparison!

Lackluster indeed. I have a few of the first two (along with flag, lapel pin, etc.). While I might take them up on their offer if I was in the process of ordering something, I won’t be going out of my way just for that.
