Not sure if this is of interest as its only 4m in height but saw these at the local Go outdoors at the weekend. small travel size when collapsed, 4m pole fully extended.

I tried to get hold of one last year, but they only had broken ones in stock at my local branch… and there were none online.
Still seems to be the case (link below). Might be worth sharing which branch it is.

IIRC, it has relatively a short packed length… that’s why I was keen. All the info as been pulled of various sites so I have no way of comparing it to my Lakeside pole (which claimed to be 5m, but is actually 4.5m!).

The normal reason for that is disingenuous measurements. They take all the sections out and measure each length individually then sum them up. When in use there is a few cm overlap that reduces the actual length.
The Go outdoors was in Stockton, Portack Lane.
