FL/VO SOTA - thanks

CQ
Yesterday was the end of a really memorable SOTA expedition for the three of us activating ON/ON, DM/RP, LX/LX, FL/VO, FL/NO and G/SE. We had many highlights that included visiting our Belgium friends for a drink in Bierbeek and Dave G3TQQ achieving goatdom. However, we must give special thanks to Bob F5HTR and his brother Roger F5LKW for planning a superb programme of FL/VO summits for us. Bob came with us on one day and Roger spotted for us making our activations much easier and it is largely thanks to them that we were able to activate eleven 10 pointers! We also met Barry M0IML who came to see us on G/SE-015. We had activated 22 summits in six associations and the car had travelled 2001 miles. Thanks to everyone that worked us in conditions varying from glorious sunshine to pouring rain.
