CFM, QSL and R all mean confirmed. I always use R as it’s shorter.

I often heard an R (roger) instead of CFM. Mostly with a characteristic emphasis almost like E N(. -.) This is easier to give.

I’ve often heard and wondered about en. What does it mean?
If that was me sending today it was an R with a rest in the middle!

It sometimes means a bug user is trying to send R but is mistiming the formation of the letter. It can happen even on an electronic keyer too. I would not suggest promoting EN as a valid proword.
