First M/C SOTA outing this year. Goseland Hill GM/SS-203.

The weather was good enough today for the first M/C SOTA outing of the year.
A nice run down the A702 to Biggar and then across to the start of the walk up Goseland hill GM/SS-203. The sun was shining on the walk up and the views from the top were spectacular.

HF wasn’t in great shape today but 40m was ok for UK and 20m worked out to Finland, Poland and Spain.
The run home, up the A701 was fun and a chance for some of the Triumph ponies to get out for a gallop.

When I was in the trip to the trail a faced all possible WX including small hail showers :astonished:

On the trail and trail back was fine, on the summit sunshine, and small snow taken turns.
Propagation to Scotland was fine - I completed 3 S2S QSOs, yours was the final.
