Failed to load user profile (SMP logon)

I am unable to log into the Sota Mapping page. When I enter my credentials, I get a pop-up that reads “Failed to load user profile.” When I click Okay, the popup goes away but then immediately comes back. This continues to repeat until I close the browser window. It happens on multiple computers. I use Chrome. Any ideas on how to log in?

I had the same problem today Dave. I switched to Firefox and was able to get in but not a fix I think.
