Hi, is anyone getting this error come up when they try and look at GW/NW or MW mapping? Comes up when I try to access them, but still allows access to GW/SW area?

Most likely the summits sync from the DB failed so the GW/NW data is borked. It should get fixed when the next update runs.
Until then, sotl.as (https://sotl.as) is working fine with GW/NW summits.

Yes, the sync failed because for some unknown reason, the SOTA Database is particularly popular right now and it hit the end of script timeout
