I operated SOTA and the VHF contest at the same time and signed N7DA/R. So, N7DA/R is how I logged my call in the database. If a chaser logged me as N7DA, does it show up in the “show who chased me” feature?

Yes, it will match.

The show who chased me feature matches for the callsign chased and then separately for the summit reference. So it allows you to identify anyone who logged either your callsign or your summit incorrectly.
