If you order pdf versions of Awards certificates please ensure you whitelist sota.awards"at"gmail.com (replace the “at”) otherwise they will probably end up in your spam or junk folder.
I am getting far too many enquiries about “undelivered” certificates and that is because either your email provider has blocked them or they are in your spam folder - and guess where my replies to you end up!
