Deleting activations and incomplete logs

Hi Experts,

If I delete an activation am I right that:

1. If I was the first activator the position transfers to the second activator.
2. Chaser points for that activation do not count.

If I don’t log all contacts in an activation are the unlogged chasers able to claim credit?
