It is essential that any complaints about named operators should not be made on the reflector, such complaints should be sent to the MT, who will deal with them appropriately. Any such posts will be deleted, reposting them will earn suspension. Remember that errors can happen, we are only human, and “to err is human, to forgive divine”. Also remember that though you may hear a callsign, that does not mean that the holder of that callsign is operating, pirates often hide behind other people’s callsigns.
