Database working again

The database is now working again thanks to Andrew VK3ARR.

So you should be able to log chases direct from SOTAwatch and log chases and activations through the database again.

Thanks Andrew, Andy and Josh for the updates. As always, the SOTA team does an excellent job of maintaining the database and dealing promptly with any hiccups. Bravo !!!
