Data Base Upload Problems

I am trying to upload a ADIF file. I did one contact as a test and it successfully loaded. I try to upload the rest of the contacts and I get this error.

Error uploading your data: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 20018 Violation of UNIQUE KEY constraint ‘IX_Activations_1’. Cannot insert duplicate key in object ‘dbo.Activations’. The duplicate key value is (46312, Jul 29 2021 12:00AM, 39584). [20018] (severity 14) [INSERT INTO Activations(UserID, OwnCallsign, SummitID, ActivationDate, Points, BonusPoints, UploadID) VALUES (46312, ‘W7EE’, 39584, ‘29/Jul/2021 00:00’, 0, 0, 198338)]

Why is this happening, and how should I proceed?

I have to say that the process logging to SOTA database is very time consuming and I don’t have that much to log. I remember last year working on these logs for hours, I use DX Labs to create the ADIf.

You are trying to upload the same activation again. Use the Manage Uploads option to delete the uploads you previously did. It will remove any S2S and chaser data. Then you can re-attempt to upload the file.

HI, I have already done that, no change, I’ll double check

I have deleted the uploaded log, but I did upload one S2S and I can’t view the Summit to Summit log, I just get a spinning icon showing the page is loading. I have waited for over a minute with no page showing my S2S logs.

The only thing I think may have happened was I deleted my uploaded log before I deleted the S2S entry. Now the S2S log must be hung up. I can’t view it anymore. Can someone assist me with this problem?

I sent you a reply via email @ noon Today (in response to your ‘contact form’ submission). Did you not get my email?

Yes and I had already deleted the uploaded file. I am still having problems…

As I said in the email I sent you - if you send me your log I will take a look at it and tell you what the problem is. Not sure why you posted here rather than reply to the email… but please send me the log so we can get you sorted.
