Hi Andrew,
In at least one of the cases shown, the problem appears to have been generated by a spot sent via from SOTAMÄT and that the actual spot sent was meant for a POTA park, not even a SOTA summit. That operator has sought help from Brian (author of SOTAMÄT) to track down what caused, actually three, “rogue spots” to be generated.

here database shows SP/BZ-060 like giving 4 points

but in fact it gives 6 points:
