Count Error? Chaser 250K badge

I wondered if there is a counting error in regard to the new 250K Chaser badge:

I haven’t reached the 250K points figure yet but I am among the 17 chasers who have received the badge.

Looking at the database only three operators have exceeded 250K Chaser points, EA2DT, DJ5AV and DL1FU, or have I misunderstood how the badging system works for chasers?

Hi Phil,

I guess that was a case that was not covered by the testing team, for the reasons you gave.

As Andrew VK3ARR noted in his announcement, we know there will be a few bugs, so will rely on users to report them in the coming months.

No doubt this will go onto Andrew’s list of tasks for action in due course.
