For assorted reasons all are locked out of their accounts. They have been in touch asking for help and all have had emails sent telling the how to recover their accounts and continue participating in SOTA.
Some have had multiple emails sent from differing email addresses in case one of my email addresses has been blocked.
It is particularly disheartening when the SOTA MT are trying to help these people and none of them seem to have the basic understanding of how to run an email account. Especially knowing how and when to check a spam folder when you are expecting a reply and it never comes.
If you know them please tell them to check their spam folders and reply to any mail in there from

One of them has had mail sent from 4 different addresses, probably a total of 9 attempts to fix the multiple times they had contacted the SOTA MT.
