Contact to MT via contact form?

I tried to contact G0HRT from the Management team via the SOTA website www.sota.org.uk/ Contact/

However, when I press the “Send Message” button, there is no reaction at all. I tried with 5 different browsers on 3 different devices (Linux, Android, Windows 10). No feedback in the browser nor confirmation by email. Unfortunately, there is no email address listed in QRZ.com.

Either there is a feedback missing and the same text has been sent multiple times, or something went wrong. Could anybody from the MT please check this issue?
