I note the band of operation has been entered as 433MHz. As CB is 27MHz I wonder if this is PMR446 rather than CB?
It is a disabled account and was disabled sometime back. The non-amateur QSOs have not yet been deleted but will be.

In VK there is a UHF CB band that is around 470 MHz. 433 MHz sounds like the 10 mW no licence sets that were sold here a decade ago.
And yes 27 MHz CB is still alive here. Just.

In Europe we have a number of channels licence free on 446 MHZ both digital and Analogue at 0.5 watts the antenna has to be fixed to the radio but there are many people using much more power and proper antennas using Baofengs or ex-commercial radios.

Some CB ops convert to AR.
A friend bought a cheap SB200 linear that was subject to an unsuccessful attempt to convert it to 27 MHz. It is now once again going well on its original bands.
Some conversions are more successful than others.
