Chris @DL1CR is currently on his way to HAM RADIO in Friedrichshafen. On the way there he stops for an activation of DM/BW-228 Hummelsberg on which he is currently QRV. Too bad I can’t work with you today during your special activation.

With this activation Chris brings his first mountain goat into the house :goat: :clap:

Chris has been connected to SOTA for over 11 years and his favorite mountain seems to be DM/NS-122 which he has activated several times :slight_smile:

Seeing you grinning at the end of your nice video says it all - enjoy your success after journey of 13 years. I was happy to be your 3rd contact this morning from the Frankenland county - your last pre-goat QSO for ever. Congrats on reaching SOTA Mountain Goat status!

Wondering for tomorrow . . . your 1,000th activation will take place. What a number! What a wonderful incident that your two milestones fall into only two days! Let us celebrate you, and I hope that not all offer you now a beer or a Schnäpsle at the same time, hi.

Thanks for many contacts and some longer calls. Let it flow now again and continue. SOTA is a good medecine in any sense. It doesn’t guarantee an eternal life, but a more colorful one, what provides a good boost for grey days.
