Few weeks ago I mentioned here my planned trip to SP/OM border and started a discussion whether it is ok to activate a SP summit from OM ground, as I didn’t find anything about recognizing CEPT Novice licenses in Poland.
To correct myself: today I found this article at the website of Polish Office of Electronic Communications:

In section V. it mentions permitted use of both HAREC and Novice licenses for short-time stay.
