Today was Canary Islands day! I have worked EA8/EA3M/P on Fuerteventura, EA8/M0EFI/P, Fraser, on Tenerife and finally EA8/OE5FSM/P, Franz, on Gran Canary Island. I am wondering why I sit here watching the snow accumulate in the drive way while others have SOTA fun in sunny weather… :wink:

At least we have propagation on the higher bands!

Same for me Heinz! 3 S2S from I/LO-251. In 15 meters Franz and Fraser with loud signals to my LW!

I also worked EA8/EA3M/P this morning. It was a good experience for improving my CW skills! I cannot begin to transmit at 30+ wpm but I was pleased to be able to understand what was being sent to me.

I also worked EA8/M0EFI/P on 15m SSB with 55 signal reports both ways. Is there a summit down there without a SOTA operator?
