Activated Sep '22. Work was underway on the path laying stones to act as steps in steep parts. The car park at NT 15891 96975 was full of stone for the work and parking was tight. The path is not defined on OS Maps (online) but it’s easily apparent when underway.

How where the trees? It was starting to look a bit overgrown through the new plantation which must be 10 years old by now.

Pretty full tree cover to about a third of the way up but the path is about a metre wide in the trees. The going underfoot, dry for me, was a gritty soil that was a bit treacherous underfoot and I saw a few people slide on it.
