Tomorrow, 26th January marks Australia Day.
My self VK3CAT, Ron VK3AFW and others will be using the AX prefix. This can be used for the local time which, for us in VK3 is from 25/1/14 1300 hrs utc to 26/1/14 1300 utc.
Ron and I will be operating from VK3/VN-002 and VK3/VN-003. Operational bands dependent on propagation but we have the capability of 80 through to 6 metres CW (15wpm) and SSB.
Please keep an ear out for our activations via sota watch.
