Not everyone reads the SOTA reflector. As far as I can see there is nothing on the SOTA shop pages to say it’s closed or that shipping will be delayed while you are away. So it hardly surprising you are still getting orders.

It’s a pinned post in the SOTAWatch sidebar, so folks using SOTAWatch directly should see it. Folk who only use SOTAWatch indirectly might miss it, though…
