I have recently received orders where the delivery address is not in latin script but in Japanese, Korean or other international language versions.
The UK postal service (Royal Mail) will not accept items where the address is in a non-UK script;
I generally check qrz.com and, if I find an address there which appears to match the one on the order (zip code, apartment number etc.) I send to this address AND include another label in the local script.
If I cannot find a match I have to email you and get a version of your address which can be typed on a European keyboard.
This takes time!
Whenever possible please include a latin script version of your address (and a version in your own language). There is space on the order form to include an alternative address.
