Oops! I did it again.
This evening I was on Cerro Negro Benchmark, W6/CT-226, as RBNHole correctly showed, but my self-spots stated Flint Peak, W6/CT-225.
After creating the Alert I forgot to edit the summit field when making self-Spots. So my spots referenced May 7th’s summit.

May 9 - W6/CT-226
