Walking time approx. 45 minutes

Ant: EFHW Dipole (40m, 30m, 20m) as inverted L on a 6m GRP Pole

OE/VB-371 - Hoher Freschen (2004m)
August 4th, 2019; 08:10 – 08:59 UTC
Wx: sunny and warm
Ascent/ descent: approx. 160m from/ to Freschenhaus.
Walking time approx. 35 minutes
Rig: KX3 / 5W, 2200mAh LiPo (3S), Palm Pico Paddle
Ant: EFHW Dipole (40m, 30m, 20m) as inverted L on a 6m GRP Pole

Thanks for your reports, these summits here are also on my to-do-list in the beautiful SOTA region OE/VB.

We’ve not yet met on the bands so far, since you are on CW and me exclusively on SSB, and I’m too far away for 2 m.

Thanks Markus for the feedback! Yes, there is a lot “to do” in OE/VB and Freschenhaus was a good base camp for those summits. I could have stayed there for a week but had to stick to the family schedule :wink:
It would be nice to meet on the air or for an eyeball- QSO in Friedrichshafen (?)
