Activation in North Spain 2nd and 3rd week in July by DL7CX

Hello friends,

I’m planning a stay in northern Spain in the 2nd and 3rd week of July.
Our accommodation is between Santander and Bilbao.
I would be very happy if I could get some good information from you.
What beautiful SOTA-mountains are there nearby, can they also be reached with family? Is there a mountain that you absolutely have to activate? I would be happy to receive your information and would also be happy to activate it together.
What does it look like at 2m/70cm? A preferred frequency?

Generally love Spain and really loved the area you intend to visit.

I activated this peak last year.

As an EU activator maybe this is obvious but as a western USA activator, ticks are a very unwelcome surprise and seem to love me including in this part of Spain.
