Dragoshka Chukla Peak (1122m) above the village of Batulia (Svoge Municipality) is a local peak in the ridges of Sofiyska / Golema Mountain (Western Balkans), rising above the valley of the Batuliyska River.
Situated in the heights directly above the village of Batulia and the nearby hamlets, close to the trails and roads connecting Batulia with the neighboring villages of Bakyovo, Yabalnitsa, and the Kremikovska/Yordankina River valley.
Its higher elevation offers a wonderful view of the Batuliyska River valley, the neighboring Balkan ridges, and the green hills of Sofiyska Mountain.
The area around Batulia is very popular for easy half-day and full-day hiking trips, with the ascent often combined with a visit to the Batulia Monastery of “St. Nicholas the Wonderworker” or walks along the ridges toward the villages of Bakyovo or Bukovets.
