Interesting, I’m very much a 60m beginner and am still finding my way. I managed an FT8 QSO on 60m a couple of weeks ago, which was a first. It can be done but you have to ensure the transmission stays within the legal limits by choosing a low frequency in the WSJT-X waterfall.

But the 15W PEP limit in your extract might catch out a few chasers if they are in their shack and respond to a SOTA CQ without checking the frequency.

Looks like EI amateurs are getting a better deal than many other countries. They get a 15W limit not a 15W (eirp) limit. Nice :slight_smile:

Yes, good point John. No TXing higher than 5357 KHZ USB +950 HZ offset for UK stations. You’ve no chance of a QSO if the wanted DX station is operating as Fox in Fox/Hound mode.
