If it matters, smoke is always an issue around CLNP during fire season, however, it can change by the hour. I have gone up to the lake with crystal blue skies then at end of the day could not see Wizard Island. Its actually a mild year so far this year.
Final update was sent via email through Jefferson SOTA group. If you need the info forwarded let me know.
See you soon!

What a great event. I worked well over 50 activators during the event. They kept coming thick and fast. Once I sat down I couldn’t get back up for hours. My daughter got frustrated with me when i wouldn’t go to breakfast with her because I was in the middle of working a string of new SOTA summits in W7. Congrats to the organizers and activators. I had a ball.

What’s it like when ~70 SOTA activators gather for a Campout? An awesome time in a stunning environment again for the 4th W7O SOTA Campout! There were Quansheng HT’s everywhere…mostly for 2m/70cm CW (-: Was great to get some 915MHz Meshtastic S2S’s as well, including one over 27 miles!
