Congratulations to Tom M1EYP and Jimmy M0GHY on their 300th Unique.

It’s a fine achievement and there are few who have got to 300 and beyond. This is from someone who is at 214. That next award at 250 is taking ages to reach. 300 seems a stupendous tally.

Hi Andy
Haven’t checked my Uniques for a while so popped into the Database and what ya-know - 300 Uniques. Superb!
Now heading off for another two today, and two more Completes!

FB on the 300 AU Jack. I feel very honoured to have such company as yourself at such a level! Now on 304 AU - started the latest GW/NW trip 4 AU away from 300, and ended it also 4 AU away from 300…

In reply to M1EYP:
Tks for the compliment Tom. ABW will be along at the Blackpool Rally this year along with my XYL Anne GM4UXX, so looking forward to and eye-ball with yourself, Jimmy and the rest of the gang.

PS: Did activate SS-104 & 105 on Saturday, but got caught out with the amount of snow fields I had to negotiate. Wore my summer boots instead of my more serious winter ones (far more comfortable) - that’ll teach me - hi!

This was the 8th and final summit of the recent North Wales trip by Tom M1EYP and Jimmy M0HGY.
I will now go and add the links to the Summits repository on SOTAwatch. I hope they will be of use and/or interest to prospective activators.

In reply to M1EYP:
I suspect that you’ll ne’er do the Tarrens that way around again. Much better with Tarrenhendre first. Did wonder how you’d find Foel Offrwm at the end of the sortie. Despite its lowly height, I think that summit has experienced more human sighs of relief than many others.
Thanks for an interesting set of reports.
