Unfortunately, after being several times to UK, I know the kind of weather you use to have. So, in order to come here, you might sign some sort of document as to certify that you will not carry the fine-british-weather here. If not, you will not be allowed to enter B.C.
Anyway, around here it’s said that we the basque people are the only one in the world that can resist more than three months under the water without breathing… so these last years weather is a very unusual exception… we never go out without an umbrella, even on torrid augusts
