The up and coming 12m challenge has spurred many people to give 12m a bash from the summits, often for the first time. I have noticed a number of people not logging these QSOs correctly.
One activator contacted me recently for advice and help on sorting out one of his logs where his 12m QSOs were logged incorrectly, he had inadvertently logged them as 24GHz not 24MHz. We got that fixed easily. But it did make me think that maybe there will be more errors like this. And lo, there is a new 24GHz QSO logged now.
It’s an easy mistake to make, less easy to stop happening. So this means the onus is on you dear database users. Please ensure you do log your 12m/24MHz contacts as 24MHz not 24GHz.
