Alinco DJ-G7 and a WA5VJB PC Board Yagi. The DJ-G7 puts out 1 watt and the yagi is 4" x 2.5"
This is the equipment I have been using to get started with microwave activations. So far two S2S - Mount Tamalpais (W6/CC-063) to Davidson Peak (W6/NC-423) and Mount Tamalpais (W6/CC-063) to Vollmer Peak (W6/NC-298) both S2S had K6EL on the other summit.
Best DX so far is Mount Tamalpais (W6/CC-063) to Saratoga, CA (91 Km).
