Thank you Katsu. It was very exciting to hear my callsign coming back at me from a JA summit! I was using 5w from a FT-817, into a homemade antenna, from G/SP-015.
Just got back in from a 15m CW activation of The Cloud G/SP-015. 48 QSOs made, including South Africa, Brazil, Asiatic Russia and Madeira.
Waiting for me was a nice delivery in the post. A very nice QSL card from Katsu @JP3DGT for our G-JA S2S a couple of weeks ago.
I’ve just received a new supply of cards from the printers (fdsQSL) so mine will be on its way to JA shortly. Katsu’s card will be added to my SOTA QSLs webpage soon as well.
