10 Years of ZL SOTA. Bingo!

Hi all.

New Zealand celebrates 10 years of SOTA this year. TO celebrate this we have created a SOTA Bingo activity to generate some activity.

SOTA Bingo is a card for chasers (anywhere) to complete, and activators to think about how they can help the chasers complete the cards.

Award starts 1st November 2025, 10 years form when the ZL islands entered the award, and ends 1st May 2026, 10 years from ZL3 entering the award scheme.

Bingo cards are available in PDF and excel, available by emailing me warren@zl2aj.com. Rules are on the cards.

This award is available for all chasers (not just ZL chasers).

I’m excited to see this activity and to celebrate 10 years of SOTA in New Zealand, down the bottom of the world.

I could pin it for a while for everyone and it wouldn’t drop down but it would be very annoying for everyone who will not be able to play. The “pin until you read” it model means people will read and those who stand a chance of regular ZL contacts will know what to do. Everyone else knows the event is on but it will drop out of their messages.
