Yes! It means you have to carry less fluids and you also know you have a supply at the car, so you can finish what you have in the rucksack a little earlier than you might otherwise have done.
I drink a posh alcopop during the summer months, often after a good hill walk Brian. Crabbies Ginger Beer (the classic one - not the ones with extra flavours). It comes in a pint bottle and is most refreshing served on ice with lemon. The occasional cider also - the one I like is Scrumpy Jack which has a much stronger apple flavour than most - probably synthetic but doesn’t bother me as I like the stronger flavour. Many pub ciders are too sweet and lack flavour I find.
