I’ve been able to do some more thorough testing, and it seems like the issues are all with the radio’s SWR chart functionality. The regular SWR meter on the radio reads correctly (most bands are flat throughout, near 1:1), and everything else seems to work perfectly. I’ve operated the antenna both from SOTA and for the SAC contest without issues, on both low and high power.

I can also add that I got some very good support from Richard @G3CWI which helped narrow down the culprit, thanks.

Dodgy software? I’m shocked! Yes, shocked that a consumer item could have embedded software that doesn’t work correctly released to the market. :slight_smile:

Wonder who they copied it from?

Well, that’s why I paid a premium price for such a quality radio :wink:

Honestly it’s not a big issue, but it would be nice if it worked. On the other antennas I’ve tested it with it’s been close to spot on, but as long as it works I’m happy.
