On 12 March VK1 first light is 06:33 while sunrise is 07:00 local. Therefore first light is 19:33 UTC 11 March.

Any other VK activators interested in an early morning S2S with W land?

I’ll put it on my wish list for that weekend. I can get up to vk2/st-053 in about 30 mins.

Conditions have been so abysmal recently there does not seem to have been much point in setting skeds etc.

John VK6NU was suggesting going out late to try for short path contacts into Europe, not sure if he might also be out long enough to try for VK6-NA as well? - John any comments?
