Well, oh Honorable Master of the Wooden Spoon, Stirring for the use of: the file has been awaiting action for some time, I can compile it but am not qualified to modify the website, such arcane manipulations being beyond my feeble intellect - but at least the delay means that as new queries arise I can incorporate such answers as they receive into the FAQ file. Once the file is incorporated in the website it will take a potent pentagram and a powerful shaman to add to it!
