Wrong Reference Not g/np007 M0OAT/P

Messed up on my morning activation today 13/02/2015 I was on summit G/NP-017 Fountains Fell, the callsigns below may have gotten the wrong ref.

(20m) sq8kfh, eb5tt/p,
(40m) m3dpq/p, m0tvu, g4wsb, on5swa, g6tuh, g0hrt, m0mda, g0tdm, g3rmd, m0iml, gm0axy, g0evv.
